The Opportunity: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a solid foundation in digital tools and a knack for analytical thinking. You will play a key role in executing and optimizing our marketing operations to help us reach and exceed our goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow into a seasoned marketing professional under the guidance of industry leaders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and promote our corporate training programs. Utilize digital tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Tilda, and Figma to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns. Leverage programming languages like Python and tools like Power BI for data analysis to inform decision-making and improve campaign performance. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to propose innovative marketing solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. Proficiency in digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Tilda, Figma) and IT programming languages (Python) for data analysis and visualization (Power BI). A proactive attitude, open mind, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Passion for staying updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies. |
