Description
The course is designed to give non lawyers the idea of law regulation and practical knowledge in the field of legal regulation of business processes starting from the establishment of a legal entity, through its activity to termination.
Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to: Knowledge outcomes Understand the key principals of business partnerships. Understand the key principals of the general taxation within business partnerships Know minimum legal requirements for the main business processes. Skills outcomes To be able to identify law applicable to the case To be able to reference to a certain legislation To be able to identify the areas and to seek a legal opinion Values and behaviour outcomes To understand the principles of regulation and to get the best outcome, including the effective breach of contract doctrine To understand the ethics of law and the responsible behaviour doctrine To understand and to care about KIMEP core values.
