This course overviews legislation on Civil Procedure of Kazakhstan. The purpose of this course is to learn the main principles and rules of civil procedure including regulation of rights and obligations of the parties to the civil case, representation, evidence, procedure in courts of first instance and appeals.

Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to:
