Description
Provided with general guidelines, students will be involved in case studies and projects in area of their specialization. This course will give the opportunity to apply and polish the knowledge received in previous two courses. Students will also be required to develop their leadership competencies and provide sound solutions for managerial challenges. The course is aimed at the development of students' leadership competencies and the application of their theoretical knowledge, received in previous two courses, in practice through resolving real business cases for partner companies.
Objectives
To introduce students to the important tools of professional networking and liaising, so that they can position themselves optimally for their entry into the professional world. To maximize each student’s personal learning experience through the participation in different projects. To develop student's understanding and competence of working in a team 'leading by example'. To introduce students with the basics of business consultancy and research. To polish student's understanding of the leader's role in organization.
