COMPANYColgate’s Graduate Trainee program
DESCRIPTIONWhat is required of you: - First three months is dedicated to teaching the Trainees the basics of selling skills, the role of each key person in the process of sales, including both “on-the-job” and classroom trainings - The following months are dedicated to 3 rotations between Commercial departments including Sales, Trade Marketing and Logistics &Customer Service, where the Trainees lead and work on commercial projects in teams, allowing them to explore, bring in new ideas, innovate and show their potential. - The final stage of the Trainee program is being assigned individual stints as Territory Supervisors with real teams and real sales targets. - By the end of the program the Trainees are assigned permanent roles within the organization based on final assessment. Placement: HO in Almaty with short-terms assignments in other cities of Kazakhstan Requirements: - Fresh graduate of 2016-2017 - English fluency - Complete mobility and readiness to relocate - Willingness to learn and develop To participate: - Send in a detailed CV in English via headhunter or directly to e-mail plof@kimep.kz before May 19th. - Include formal cover letter stating why you want to be part of the program and your career aspirations - Have an active e-mail account (all communication such as invitations, results, etc. will be done via e-mails) Stages of selection: - Numeric tests held at KIMEP university (in June) - Creative assessment (complete a task – to be communicated to candidates) - Panel interview - Final interview with General Director
REQUIREMENTSColgate’s Graduate Trainee program has been developed to attract and educate future talent to be true leaders and give them the required knowledge to get ahead in their careers at Colgate-Palmolive. It is a fast-track career program for ambitious young professionals who are not afraid to “get their hands dirty” and have a passion for FMCG market.
Duration of the program: 1 year
The program is designed to allow the fresh Graduate to explore the company from the very entry level to manager positions, assigning them to lead projects of regional importance under the guidance of senior managers. We coach and mentor our trainees to help them realize their potential and career aspirations.
