|JOB STATUS||Full time|
The full cycle of the recruitment process:
- Work with hiring managers of the departments on hiring need(s);
- Placement of job opportunities internally for KIMEP employees and externally at Kazakhstani and/or international job sources;
- Communications with potential applicants;
- Screening of CVs based on minimum qualifications to a vacancy;
- Initial phone interviews and scheduling of interviews;
- Taking minutes of the Committee meetings, gather related documents from selection committee members;
- Drafting offers for a final candidate and giving feedback to other invited candidates.
Working with recruitment organizations; local and international job sources (such as HigherEdJobs, jobs.ac.uk, Chronicle of Higher Education, Akadeus, hh.kz, enbek.kz, Bolashak Scholarship program alumni, social media at different groups and channels, etc );
Arrange, conduct or participate in the search and selection process as a non-voting member and a secretary of a Selection Committee.
Credentials check: Perform diploma, transcript, verification letter, reference and background checks for potential employee(s);
Functions related to preparing payment documents for advertising jobs in media local and international sources and submitting them to Finance & Accounting department;
Working and update information on HR Portal ( hr.kimep.kz), Intranet and Directory;
Uploading of data of the labor agreements and additional agreements of current and new employees at Electronic System of Labor Agreements (through enbek.kz);
Preparation and submission of reports 3-TN, hired/resigned/downsized employees/positions and other necessary reports through Electronic Labor Service (enbek.kz);
Collecting required documents for employment from the final candidates ( faculty and admin employees);
Apostille/Consular Legalization Stamp obtaining process consultation for final candidates;
Representing HR on Selection and Hiring Committee for admin vacancies;
Monitor criminal background checks submission by foreign applicants for job.
Monitor trends in recruitment, implement ongoing education to remain highly effective
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor related to HR work
|DUTIES||Minimum Qualifications: Higher education, at least 1 year of experience in recruitment; English language proficiency (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, team-player, knowledge of Kazakh language, stressfulness, ability to work in short deadlines, willingness to learn, strong in business communications, PC skills at user level (MS Word, Excel, Access).|
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Management. Sociology, Educational Administration. Psychology.
