| REQUIREMENTS | Preferably Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or a related field. - Must have high proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel andOutlook. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel is a must. - Must have outstanding quantitative skills. - 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Finance preferred. - Must be able to work independently, be reliable and organized. - Must be professional, energetic and positive. - Must have superb customer service skills. - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills both Russian and English |
| DUTIES | Create financial models to evaluate potential new development or investment opportunities. - Create financial models/feasibility of property investment with operating costs/revenue, income streams, tax implications - Update financial models with actual data to evaluate investments. - Perform market research to determine/verify a project’s economics and to verify assumptions used in models. - Identify economic/general issues with potential economic impact. - Assist with physical due diligence (including review of contracts, preparing the budgets). - Perform rental rate analysis. - Summarize and present findings and recommendations succinctly |
