| DUTIES | Financial analysis, valuations and financial modelling; - Financial due diligence; - Industry analysis and comprehensive research; - Execution of M&A, merchant banking, financing transactions; - Preparation of client presentations and internal use memos; - Independent negotiation with third parties within the scope of authority. |
