DUTIES | Responsible for employee file management, including signing supplementary contracts such as employee resignation, promotion, salary adjustment, and renewal. Responsible for new employee training (including training plan development) and coaching management, helping new employees quickly integrate and improve their abilities. Responsible for organizing manpower planning and recruitment, including expanding recruitment channels, talent acquisition, etc. Responsible for attendance management of all employees. Responsible for employee performance management. Responsible for building organizational atmosphere, motivating employees, etc. Assist the national general manager and regional HR in handling related HR work Instructions from the immediate supervisor Closing company vacancies: searching for candidates through various channels (recruitment portals, social networks, recommendations, etc.); Active use of alternative sources of selection; Organization of adaptation of the employee, his support during the probationary period; Active interaction with department heads and candidates at all stages of selection; Participation in the development and implementation of personnel motivation systems; Optimization of communication processes between employees; Organization of team building, corporate events Conducting full personnel records management in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (formation and maintenance of the staffing table, vacation schedule, time sheet, formation and maintenance of personal files of employees, development of basic personnel documents (Regulations, Job Descriptions), reporting preparation; Organization of business trips (purchase of air / railway tickets, hotel booking) Reception and processing of received applications for a visa (interaction with suppliers, filling out and preparing forms of documents for issuing invitations) Instructions from the immediate supervisor |
