| DUTIES | Job Purpose: Support employer reputation in Kazakhstan by mutually beneficial relationships with universities, students, alumni, professional communities and other stakeholders Support the development of employer reputation online ecosystem to interact and engage with external audiences (website, Instagram, others). Support the implementation of Mars Be Well program and promote healthy lifestyle among Mars Associates in CEAB and Turkey. Job responsibilities: Execute on the annual Mars Academy / employer reputation plan Coordinate major online and offline employer reputation interactions and events Develop, and promote Mars social media channels and campaigns Participate in Mars Be Well health and wellbeing program aimed to promote healthy lifestyle among associates Participate in the preparation and delivery of internal corporate events Monitor project documentation and communications |
