Position Overview We are looking for a talented Scriptwriter/Researcher who has a passion for storytelling and an eye for detail. This role is ideal for someone who excels in writing engaging scripts and conducting in-depth research to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content. The successful candidate will work closely with our production team and content creators to craft compelling narratives for our YouTube channels. Job Description The Scriptwriter/Researcher will play a crucial role in shaping the content that defines our YouTube channels. Responsibilities include: Scriptwriting: Develop, write, and edit scripts for a variety of video projects, ensuring they align with the channel’s tone and strategic goals. Research: Conduct thorough research to gather accurate and relevant information that informs the content of the scripts. This includes fact-checking, sourcing data, and staying updated on industry trends. ● Content Moderation: Review and refine scripts submitted by other team members to ensure quality and consistency. Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to understand the creative vision and ensure the scripts complement the visual storytelling. Idea Generation: Brainstorm and pitch ideas for new video content based on trending topics and audience interests. Adherence to Deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in content creation, YouTube algorithms, and digital media to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive. |
| DUTIES | Requirements Proven experience in scriptwriting, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of content styles. Strong research skills, with experience in gathering and analyzing information from diverse sources. Familiarity with the YouTube platform and an understanding of what makes content engaging and successful. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team. Fluency in English, Russian, and also preferably Kazakh. A proactive, ambitious individual with a passion for storytelling and digital media.
