REQUIREMENTS | Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages; The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines; Good organisational and time management skills; The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely; Excellent interpersonal skills; The ability to work on your own initiative; Honesty and reliability; Attention to details; Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines; Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues; Knowledge of professional ethics, ability to treat colleagues from different departments with courtesy. Requirements: Higher education; Fluent Kazakh and Russian languages, English level is not lower than Upper intermediate; Good PC user (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, Outlook); Diligence, attentiveness, accuracy, responsibility, ability to work in stress situations and to work in the team; Ability to learn quickly. |
DUTIES | As a PA, you're often a manager's first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation. Tasks are likely to include: Handle requests and queries appropriately; Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments; Make travel arrangements, visa support, booking flight tickets and accommodation; Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority; Dealing with incoming email and post, often correspondence on behalf of the Head. |
