Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in communications, economics, marketing, sales, or a related field. • Proficiency in Russian and English. | DUTIES | Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of client accounts. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication. • Understand clients' businesses and determine their needs. • Receive briefs from clients, clarify requirements, and conduct debriefing sessions and follow-ups as necessary. • Project management: brief the creative team, plan timelines, negotiate with clients and the agency team regarding campaign details, present creative work to clients, and manage budgets and campaign costs. • Handle invoicing for clients and monitor payments in coordination with the Director and Office Manager. • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns. • Arrange and attend meetings. |
