| REQUIREMENTS | Kazakhstan Teachers of English Association “KazTEA” hire a finance manager. Job Description: Assist in writing periodic subaward financial reports and fund requests Maintain records of subaward accounting transactions in accordance with the generally accepted accounting principles and the country’s laws. Reconcile the bank account monthly. Compile documentation for payroll, travel, supplies, and other direct costs. Communicate with the World Learning Home Office Finance Manager regarding reports and supporting documents. Monitor and ensure compliance with subaward budgets and agreement terms. Serve as the main point of contact with the World Learning Finance Manager. Generate subaward financial reports and fund requests and respond to additional requests for financial reporting from World Learning. Respond to additional requests for financial reporting from World Learning. Perform other finance and logistics-related tasks as assigned by the KazTEA Project Director. |
| DUTIES | Qualifications: Must have major in finance or accounting, with at least 3 to 5 years of accounting- related experience. Must be able to communicate in English (level B2) USG regulation knowledge is preferable Non-profit organization experience is preferable. Workload and salary: 1 st year (October , 2024- August, 2025)– 50% of workload, net salary - $400 2 d year (September, 2025 – May, 2026) – 50% of workload, net salary - $410 |
