DUTIESProspecting and generating new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
Prospecting and generating new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
Scheduling and conducting in-person, virtual, or phone sales meetings with potential clients
Presenting the company's products and services and demonstrating their value to clients
Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM (Sales Force)system
Providing excellent customer service and support to clients before, during, and after the sales process
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product development
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new clients
Providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the certification process
Collaborating with the certification team to deliver high-quality services
Achieving or exceeding established sales targets and revenue goal
