| DUTIES | Analysing sales potentials of responsible channels during the season, and planning action plans, Contributing to the use and enhancement of first Distribution, Replenishment, and Transfer systems throughout the season, Making inter-channel transfer decisions based on sales performance during the season. Special Period Planning; checking the quantity needs before special periods such as holidays, preparing special action plans, presenting them to managers, and coordinating the process, Controlling/tracking and coordinating logistics shipment movements; ensuring timely delivery of approved reserves to stores and reporting to upper management, actively participating in system improvement proposals, Involvement in business development processes of online sales channels, conducting analysis and feasibility studies, Coordinating the creation, development, and implementation of annual, monthly, and weekly campaign plans. Ensuring the creation of shipment plans by conducting monthly and weekly needs analyses of relevant sales channels, Analysing future sales potential and changes in sales trends, and planning actions accordingly, |
