| REQUIREMENTS | You’re the perfect match for this role if you: Have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields. Are eager to grow your career in the cybersecurity domain. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have a foundational understanding of IT General Controls and controls-based audits. Are familiar with information security principles, controls, and technologies. Have work experience (preferred, but not mandatory). Are fluent in Russian and possess at least Intermediate-level proficiency in both Kazakh and English. Thrive as a team player, with a results-oriented and proactive attitude. |
| DUTIES | As our Junior Cybersecurity Consultant you will: Work with experienced teams on diverse and complex cybersecurity projects. Conduct security and gap analysis reviews in line with industry-leading standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and Cybersecurity Capability Maturity Models. Assist in developing long-term security strategies aligned with business goals. Contribute to the creation and implementation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls. Perform risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize cybersecurity threats. Provide detailed evaluations of an organization’s preparedness against cyber risks. |
