| DUTIES | Counseling and Communication: Advise students and parents on financial aid programs and financing options with sensitivity to diverse needs Prepare and distribute informational materials, letters, presentations, and social media posts in multiple languages Financial Aid Management: Distribute financial aid in compliance with policies Prepare and analyze data, orders, and reports Propose updates to financial aid policies and procedures Collaborate with city authorities, sponsors, and internal departments on requests and reports Database Maintenance and Automation: Process, monitor, and analyze application forms, student data, and financial aid distribution results Ensure accurate data entry, reconcile data with other departments, and develop automated tools for office operations Archive and securely store financial aid database records Event and Project Coordination: Organize and implement Financial Aid Office events such as the Olympiad, orientation sessions, open house days, webinars, etc Other Duties: Perform tasks as assigned, ensuring integrity, confidentiality, and high standards of customer care.
