| DUTIES | Your Goal: Grow Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Influencer Marketing streams for our EdTech products, focusing on 1-2 key accounts to expand our reach worldwide. Your Impact: Account Management Oversee 1-2 assigned social media accounts (e.g., Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent brand presence and performance. Content Creation Develop engaging, high-quality content tailored to your accounts that resonates with target audiences. Prepare and finalize content one week ahead of posting schedules. Growth & Engagement Apply trending mechanics and creative strategies to increase brand reach and engagement on your accounts. Drive weekly product funnel visits (link clicks) through targeted efforts. Influencer Collaboration Coordinate with social media influencers to execute campaigns that boost visibility for your accounts. Performance Metrics Grow subscribers and engagement Increase funnel visits from your social media efforts. Achieve an engagement rate of 5%+ on your accounts. Double link clicks from your SMM activities. |
