| DUTIES | Your Goal Grow our YouTube audience worldwide by building engaging money and AI-focused channels. Your Impact 1. Account Management: Oversee our YouTube accounts, ensuring consistent brand presence, video quality, and performance. 2. Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality video content that educates and captivates our target audience. Prepare and finalize videos one week ahead of posting schedules. 3. Growth & Engagement: Leverage YouTube trends, optimization strategies, and creative approaches to boost channel reach and viewer interaction. Drive weekly product funnel visits (link clicks) through video descriptions and calls-to-action. 4. Influencer Collaboration: Partner with YouTube creators and influencers to amplify content visibility and subscriber growth. 5. Performance Metrics: Increase subscribers and engagement (likes, comments, shares) on the channels. Boost funnel visits from YouTube efforts. Contribute to business targets: Achieve top 5 positions for key videos in YouTube search rankings. Double link clicks from video content. |
