Your Impact: Collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure data-driven decision-making across initiatives. Analyze the outcomes of A/B tests and evaluate product improvements to provide actionable insights. Identify growth opportunities and potential enhancements by conducting in-depth data research. Optimize and innovate data analytics processes and architecture for greater efficiency. Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and ad-hoc reports to support informed decision-making. |
| DUTIES | About You: Mindset: Curious, passionate, systematic, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving results. Technical Skills: Confident in applied statistics and SQL, with experience in data visualization tools (knowledge of Tableau is a plus). Analytical Abilities: Business-minded with exceptional analytical skills, capable of structuring information and delving deep into complex problems when needed. |
