A strong interest in marketing, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry. 3. Detail-oriented and able to adhere to project deadlines. 4. Fluency in English is a plus; fluency in other languages advantageous. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. 6. Must be legally authorized to work in the location of the internship. |

| DUTIES | About the Role: Novartis is seeking a proactive, resourceful, and intelligent intern for our Young Talents Development Program based in our Almaty office for Novartis Emerging Markets Cluster. The primary duty of the intern includes implementing marketing & analytical projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage RTE preparation for 6 priority products across 4 countries in the Cluster 2. Work in collaboration with in-house production for digital communication production 3. Assist in cluster activities, including document preparation with doctors and contract formulation. 4. Contribute to the update and re-release of developed promotional materials. 5. Aid in content preparation for the HCP portal with the marketing team. 6. Perform ad-hoc brand analytics 7.
