REQUIREMENTS | Graduate degree 2024-2025 with a high GPA in Supply Chain Management or Business Management Sports enthusiast. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel. Fluent in English (verbal & written). Strong communication and presentation skills. Reliability, proactiveness, teamwork and flexibility, orientation to result and organizational skills. Previous practical internship or part time job in supply chain management is a plus. |

The Future Talent Program in Kazakhstan is designed to bring together bright, ambitious, and passionate talents into the adidas world. This six-month program, starting in summer 2025, offers a unique blend of hands-on experience, learning, and development. You’ll support the Supply Chain Management team in daily operations while leading a business development project, which you will present to adidas management at the program’s end. Beyond the invaluable experience, you’ll gain regional and global networking opportunities, sharpen your commercial and business acumen, and, upon successful completion, have the chance to join the adidas talent pool—opening doors to future career opportunities within the company. Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: To support the supply chain team in managing supply chain activities to maximize customer value and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. It is expected to develop and run supply chains in the most effective & efficient ways possible. These include areas such as: Logistics Operations & Optimization, Warehousing Management, Distribution & Transportation, Import/Export & Customs Operations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with SCM functions, understanding forecasted volumes and priorities to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders. Assist in updating the inbound master file accurately and in a timely manner based on Pre-Shipments Advice, 3PL updates, and customs operations milestones to facilitate planning and analysis. Ensure compliance with local importation requirements. Manage shipping instructions for products and POS materials from all origins. Support customs clearance, ensuring all required documents (invoices, packing lists, COO, translations) are prepared for accurate customs duty payments. Assist in DC operations, including inbound, pick & pack, documentation, and dispatches. Support reverse logistics tasks, including returns to DC and store-to-store transfers. Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives within the SCM department. Execute an assigned project as part of the program. |
