The Future Talent Program in Kazakhstan is designed to bring together bright, ambitious, and passionate talents into the adidas
world. This six-month program, starting in summer 2025, offers a unique blend of hands-on experience, learning, and development.
You’ll support the Talent Acquisition and HR team in daily operations while leading a business development project, which you will
present to adidas management at the program’s end. Beyond the invaluable experience, you’ll gain regional and global networking
opportunities, sharpen your commercial and business acumen, and, upon successful completion, have the chance to join the adidas
talent pool—opening doors to future career opportunities within the company.
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As a key member of the adidas Kazakhstan Talent Acquisition and HR team, you will support the full recruitment cycle, contribute
to various TA and HR initiatives, conduct data analysis and reporting, enhance the candidate and employee experience, and assist
in developing TA and HR related materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Full recruitment cycle support: assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, initial screenings, interview coordination, and
offer management.
Candidate engagement: ensure a seamless recruitment experience by coordinating interviews and providing timely
feedback.
Retail hiring assistance: support the hiring process for retail positions, including interview scheduling and candidate
communication.
Talent sourcing: utilize internal databases, job boards, universities, and job fairs to identify and attract potential candidates.
Data and reporting: prepare analytical reports, track key recruitment and HR metrics, and maintain TA&HR
documentation.
Collaboration with hiring managers: assist in clarifying job requirements and support hiring managers in their recruitment
efforts.
Process improvement & employer branding: contribute to projects aimed at optimizing TA&HR efficiency and enhancing
adidas’ employer brand.
Event Support: assist in organizing external and internal events and initiatives to attract and engage top talent, recruitment
upskilling trainings.
