| REQUIREMENTS | Agartu Space is a Kazakhstan-based startup reimagining how people achieve goals through intelligent mentorship, automation, and consulting powered by AI. Our mission is to make consulting and guidance accessible to every student, founder, and team — with a humancentered approach. Our journey began at KIMEP University, where we built a mentorship platform that now connects students and alumni through AI. Today, we’re developing AI agents that act as digital consultants — HR bots, legal advisors, career coaches, and more. Our products are already in use at KIMEP, and within local startups. About the Agentic AI Stream We’re launching a stream dedicated to building agentic AI — smart bots that think, consult, and solve real-world problems. This internship is a chance to work at the edge of AI and human development. Who we’re looking for KIMEP students (preferably 2nd to 4th year) Curious minds with an interest in AI, product design, automation, or digital tools Basic English (Intermediate+) Able to commit 8–10 hours per week (remote work) No need to be an expert — we value initiative and adaptability |

| DUTIES | As an intern, you might: Design and test AI bots using GPT-based platforms Create dialog flows and user journeys Analyze user queries and segment them into business use cases Work on no-code automations and integrations (N8N, WordPress, WhatsApp Business API, Telegram API) Participate in client meetings with universities, startups, or social entrepreneurs Contribute to shaping real-world AI consulting tools for education, government, and business What you’ll gain Real experience in the fastest-growing field of agentic AI Direct mentorship from the startup founder (KIMEP alum) A portfolio of tangible projects and bot prototypes A chance to move to a paid role or become a product co-owner based on performance A standout internship for applications to master’s programs or jobs in tech/consulting |
