Fluent speaking on Kazakh, English and Russian language. Open-mind, dedicated and loving connections with other people. High engagement with TAOBAO's strategy and implementation. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt to an international environment. Good attitude toward teamwork. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize. Excellent time management and detail oriented. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. |

| DUTIES | Main Focus Events: You will support our internal teams such as Tech Team & Business Development to organize and deploy a number of events throughout the year ranging from small seminars to larger brand moments. Content Localization: You will lead efforts in localizing content to resonate with local market, ensuring that it aligns with cultural nuances and market preferences. Channel Management / Social Media: You will contribute to strengthen our owned channels, including direct marketing and social media, you will drive initiatives aimed at enhancing our brand presence and engagement in local. Lead Generation: Work on lead generation activities together with internal lead as well as local partners. Make sure are aligned with the broader marketing goals, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of these initiatives. Operational Excellence: This role combines both broad marketing thinking and very hands-on execution. You will have the opportunity to drive innovative ideas and see them evolve into significant projects. Your ability to roll up your sleeves and make things happen is crucial. |
