With Almaty being our new destinations, we are now looking for a full-time Destination Representative / Guide to join our team and ensure our customers enjoy smooth, safe, and memorable holidays. Job Summary We are seeking a proactive, well-organized, and customer-focused Destination Representative / Guide in Almaty to coordinate and manage on-ground services for our guests. This role combines guiding, administrative coordination, and guest support, ensuring the highest level of service is consistently delivered. Fluency in English • Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or guest relations is an advantage • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude. • Local knowledge of Almaty and surrounding tourist attractions. |
| DUTIES | Meet & Greet: Welcome guests upon arrival at the airport and assist with smooth transfers to and from the hotel. • Excursion Coordination: Organize and lead scheduled excursions and activities in and around Almaty, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently. • Customer Assistance: Serve as the main point of contact for guests during their stay, offering support, information, and resolving any issues promptly. • Administrative Support: Coordinate with local suppliers (transportation, guides, activity providers) and handle daily reporting and service documentation. • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of services provided and report any concerns to the Dubai head office. • Emergency Handling: Be available for guests in case of emergencies or unforeseen changes in itinerary (e.g. cancellations, delays). • Sales Support: Promote optional tours and additional services to guests when relevant. |
