| DUTIES | About the Role: We are looking for a friendly and talkative Tour Guide to join the Holiday Factory team in Almaty! Your main job is to make sure our guests enjoy their trip — show them around the city, keep them engaged, and make the tour fun and memorable. Key Responsibilities: Be friendly, nice, and talkative with our customers Take tourists on city tours and show them the best spots in Almaty Talk about the city’s culture, history, and attractions in a fun and informative way Make sure everyone feels welcome and safe during the tour |
