| REQUIREMENTS | Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; • Experience in financial markets or the banking sector is an advantage; • Academic understanding of the regulatory framework and legal acts governing brokerage activity; • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; • Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues; • Proactive approach, with a sense of responsibility and sound decision-making ability; • Confident user of office software and analytical tools. |
| DUTIES | Execute trades in accordance with the company’s investment strategy; • Promptly carry out client orders for buying and selling financial instruments; • Verify the accuracy and proper execution of trades and transfer them for final processing; • Collect, analyze, and interpret market data. Сontribute to the preparation of weekly market overviews; • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; • Identify issues affecting the client experience and propose effective solutions. |
