| DUTIES | As a BDM, you will drive Genesis CSP’s expansion into international content markets. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging regional content scouts and ensuring a steady flow of high-quality video content for distribution. Your work will directly impact the growth of our digital channel network. Key Responsibilities 1. Partner Network Development Identify and engage with content production companies, studios, and distributors across key international regions. 2. Regional Scout Coordination Establish and manage relationships with local content scouts to ensure a steady pipeline of relevant video material. 3. Support for New Content Initiatives Assist in testing niche strategies and launching new content formats (e.g., music playlists, animation, short-form entertainment). 4. Content Delivery Coordination Collaborate with internal teams (content, dubbing, analytics) to ensure smooth handoff and preparation of content for publishing. 5. Workflow Improvement & Optimization Continuously improve sourcing processes through partner feedback, database maintenance, and funnel performance analysis. |
