Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, Canva, and CRM tools. Team player with a proactive and responsible approach. |
| DUTIES | Assist in reviewing and preparing articles, newsletters, and other firm publications. Research and summarise market/legal trends to generate relevant content ideas. Draft and format social media posts for Instagram and other platforms. Support the identification and coordination of external and internal events. Maintain and update the firm’s events calendar and assist with logistics. Collect and archive event-related materials for firm records. Assist in processing and tracking marketing-related invoices and subscriptions. Provide administrative support to support efficient operations. Contribute to the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Assist in updating project experience records across practice areas. Help maintain CRM and marketing databases in line with compliance requirements. Support initiatives to strengthen client engagement and feedback collection. |
