REQUIREMENTS | Kazakhstan Foundation for Cultural, Social and Educational Development is a Non-profit organization created in 1999 that implements social initiatives for women’s development through training programs in different areas. We implement comprehensive projects for women from different communities to improve their lives and livelihoods. We empower and encourage women to become the main actors of their own development. About the Project The project is designed to engage and empower young female learners from TVET institutions who are interested in building a career in the hospitality field. The focus of the program is self-development, where young female learners work on their self-esteem and self-confidence by learning professional, social, and psychological skills. Target Group: TVET female students aged 16 to 21 specializing in hospitality in Almaty. Requirements: -proven experience in delivering professional trainings in business, coaching, or soft skills; -excellent command of Kazakh; -strong communication and organizational skills; -ability to work with youth audiences and inspire students. Core Training Topics: -teamwork and leadership; -goal setting and personal motivation; -responsibility and professional ethics; -self-esteem and self-confidence; -emotional intelligence; -effective communication and presentation skills; -critical thinking and problem solving; -time management and task management; |
DUTIES | Responsibilities: -designing and delivering trainings and practical sessions on soft skills; -developing and adapting training materials tailored to students’ needs; -preparing, reviewing, and assessing assignments; -conducting masterclasses, role-plays, and workplace simulations; -guiding and supporting students throughout the learning process; -monitoring progress and providing reports and feedback during the training program. |
