| REQUIREMENTS | Dear students! Lvl Up SMALL - is a career growth lab designed to help students develop their soft skills. The program includes 6 practical training sessions, after which the best participants will receive internship invitations, and the top performers will be offered employment opportunities in our company. Program Details: Fields: No restrictions on majors — we welcome students from any academic background. The main requirement is a strong motivation to grow and develop. Eligibility: 3rd- and 4th-year students. Duration: The program runs for 6 weeks (one training session per week). Format: Flexible, held once a week for 4 hours (either in the first or second half of the day), offline. Participation requirements: Active engagement and a genuine desire to improve. What participants gain: Development of key soft skills Certificate of completion Opportunity to obtain a paid internship The best participants will receive a job offer Start date: The program kicks off this month. The first groups have already been formed, and enrollment for the next cohorts is ongoing. |
