For the position of Assistant of the Legal Department, a person is appointed, whose experience, qualifications
and skills meet the following requirements:
- Education: higher legal education
- Responsible, easy to train, attentive to details,
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Word),
- Communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
DUTIESThe Assistant of the Legal Department is required to:
Drafting, updating, proofreading and filing/dispatching department documents such as powers of
attorney, letters, orders, agreements purchase orders, procedures and policies;
Maintaining and maintaining Company registers (agreements, orders, power of attorney registers);
Conducting legal/information research and checking companies/organizations upon request;
Support in carrying out the company's record keeping procedures, including receiving and registering
paper and electronic copies in the archive, monitoring the compliance of archival documents with the
company's procedures;
Affixing company documents with the main seal of the company and checking documents and
signatures before printing;
Organizing the signing of department documents by authorized employees;
Organizing the translation and translation of department documents;
Drafting and preparing organizational announcements, emails and other communications and sending
them as requested;
Coordination and planning of business meetings, business trips, entertainment expenses for
department employees and preparation of reports on them;
Maintaining, checking and submitting department accounting documentation to the financial
department;
Support in the CRA system, creation of new suppliers, assessment of third parties and company
relationships.
