REQUIREMENTSExperience: Minimum 3 years in large business entities.
Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of the Law "On Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) and Additional Liability Partnerships (ALP)," the Law "On Joint Stock Companies (JSC)," and the Civil Code (with practical application of legal norms and the ability to identify conflicts and gaps).
Skills & Abilities:
Draft legal opinions on any legal matters.
Draft any legal documents (contracts, letters, constituent documents of LLP, resolutions of management bodies, non-standard agreements).
Conduct legal expertise (review) of contracts.
SALARYWith English language proficiency: 700,000 KZT Gross Without English language proficiency: 500,000 KZT Gross
