| DUTIES | About the Role: Join our team as an Alaqan Guide! This is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable communication and customer service skills while balancing your studies. You'll be at the forefront of introducing and implementing our innovative new Alaqan service to customers in a dynamic retail environment. This role is perfect for students looking to gain practical experience and contribute to an exciting new project. Duties: • Introduce and effectively demonstrate the new Alaqan service to customers. • Assist customers with understanding and utilizing the Alaqan platform/service. • Answer customer inquiries and provide clear, concise information. • Act as a friendly and helpful point of contact for service users. • Actively participate in all provided training sessions to become an expert on Alaqan. |
