| Additional | Internship period: 3-5 months Salary during internship: from 100,000 KZT, with 50,000 monthly increases Post-internship salary: 250,000 KZT fixed + performance bonuses KPI-based performance system Opportunity for full-time employment before internship completion based on results Bonuses: 4%–12% depending on project volume |
