REQUIREMENTSHigher education (Economics, Finance, Marketing);
Proficiency in English (spoken and written, no lower than upper-intermediate level); knowledge of Kazakh is an advantage;
Strong numerical skills and creativity;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel (working with complex formulas);
High level of responsibility, stress tolerance, attentiveness, and ability to work under deadlines (critical);
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Teamwork skills;
Proactivity, a sense of humor, and a positive attitude.
DUTIESSupporting the brand team in implementing the marketing plan:
Assisting in organization and monitoring agency activities during events and consumer samplings.
Preparing listing presentations for successful product launches or product support, as well as assisting in creating presentations for various communications.
Organizing internal office events involving the marketing department.
Adapting media materials (TV, Digital, OOH) to effectively support brands in the markets of Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
Collaborating with creative agencies and the trade department to adapt and develop POS materials.
Coordinating with the marketing department on inquiries from the consumer hotline.
Ensuring packaging design compliance with the languages of Central Asia and preparing sticker texts for imported products.
Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports and presentations on brand positioning, competitor activities, and market trends.
Supporting the preparation of market research reports, including analyzing data from Nielsen.
Managing content updates for social media and the website and maintaining the information library.
