Creator & Partner Growth - Source and onboard creators and partners - Launch and manage creator-led campaigns 2. YouTube Growth (Primary Focus) - Drive traffic, engagement, and product usage through creator-generated content 3. Analytics & Decision-Making - Build simple yet effective models in Excel / Google Sheets - Automate creator discovery, outreach, tracking, and reporting using tools such as Sheets, Zapier, CRMs, APIs, or custom scripts |
