The Commercial and Business function covers the following areas: Technical Project Management：Manages the delivery of technical services and projects in fields like drilling and well logging, driving stakeholder coordination, closely tracking progress, and guaranteeing adherence to all technical standards Marketing：Manages customer development and key project support, overseeing commercial activities spanning market expansion, bidding, and contract execution, while transforming technical dialogues into tangible business opportunities External Resources & Supply Chain Management：Manages procurement execution and supplier relationships, ensures efficient cross-border logistics operations, and oversees base administrative and service support. Gains end-to-end supply chain collaboration expertise through cross-functional rotation Requirements: Required Graduation Period: January 2025 to December 2026 * Additional Requirement for Graduates from Mainland China: The graduation date must conform to the period of January 2026 to December 2026 Proficiency in both English and the local language of the work location is mandatory Possess sound physical and mental health, comply with laws and social ethics Demonstrate perseverance and commitment to hard work, exhibit creative and innovative thinking, support teammates, and uphold a dedication to overcoming challenges Maintain outstanding academic performance, possess robust professional knowledge, proficiency in IT tools, and a pragmatic, value-driven business mindset |
