| REQUIREMENTS | Experience in Growth / Performance Marketing (fintech / tech startups — plus) • Strong understanding of growth funnels, CAC/LTV, unit economics • Hands-on experience with hypothesis testing and A/B experiments • Ability to build customer personas (ICP) and product positioning • Experience with analytics, dashboards, and ROI tracking • Budget management and performance reporting skills • Ownership mindset, independence, ability to work in a startup pace • Russian - fluent, English - working proficiency |
| SALARY | Fixed salary + performance-based bonus (KPI) |
| DUTIES | Own and execute growth strategy • Build and validate ICP and positioning • Run growth experiments across the funnel Analyze data, optimize funnels, improve metrics Manage marketing budget and reporting • Launch and scale new growth channels • Work closely in-house with Product, Tech, BD, Compliance This role is not SMM. Strategy, growth, analytics, and measurable results only. |
