| DUTIES | Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding DHL products and services. Accept shipments from customers in accordance with DHL internal procedures; complete airway bills and other documentation using designated software. Perform thorough 100% inspection of all outbound shipments for prohibited or dangerous items; assist customers with packaging according to DHL standards. The employee is personally responsible for the safety and compliance of accepted shipments. Handle customer payments using cash register systems; maintain internal financial records. Provide complete information and promote DHL services, including additional and online services. Accurately inform customers about rates and transit times; actively sell additional services in line with DHL standards. Provide customers with initial shipment tracking information. Resolve issues professionally, avoiding conflicts. Submit internal mail to the debriefer with signature in the registration log. Enter data on accepted and released shipments into the system within 15 minutes of the event and verify successful transmission. Process problematic shipments promptly. Complete all fields of the airway bill for accepted shipments. Hand over shipments to the debriefer for dispatch according to truck schedule and service agreement.
