The Opportunity We have extremely ambitious growth plans and are looking for highly talented and motivated Program Manager in Astana or Almaty to join our global team to help fuel these plans. This is one of the first hires on the ground to project manage major education projects with a particular focus in the public sector and education institutions. As part of the team, you will help large institutions advance their strategic educational objectives by improving students’ intercultural communication and language skills. Your day-to-day work will vary greatly, enabling you to serve as a consultant, project manager, change-maker, data analyst, internal and external implementation specialist, among other capacities. More broadly, you will play a vital role in our wider organization and in your local team, as you will be responsible for the delivery and success of our projects in your assigned territory. |
| DUTIES | Ideal Background Experience working in K-12 education, particularly in the public sector, is a strong plus. Exceptional communication skills. Proficient in Russian and English Knowledge of Kazakh or Uzbek is a bonus Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence. Strong project management A Bachelor or master’s degree in education, public policy / management, international relations, economics, or a similar field is preferred. Confident with technology platforms e.g. Salesforce |
