| REQUIREMENTS | We are building Agartu Space Platform, an AI-driven experiential learning environment where users do not just consume content but build real AI agents step by step. Space is not another LMS. It is a trainer that forces execution, proof-of-work, iteration, and reflection. We are looking for a Middle Full Stack Developer who wants to build something ambitious and iterate fast. You will work directly with the founder and a small core team to iteratively develop and scale the Space trainer. This is not a maintenance role. You will design, ship, test, refactor, and improve real production features used by universities, corporate clients, and AI practitioners. Your stack will include Python with FastAPI on the backend, PostgreSQL as the primary database, OpenAI APIs and agent frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph for AI orchestration. On the frontend, we use Next.js and Tailwind. We deploy in a cloud environment and continuously iterate based on real user feedback. What you will do. You will design and implement backend services in FastAPI, build and optimize database schemas in PostgreSQL, integrate OpenAI models and agent pipelines using LangChain and LangGraph, and develop responsive frontend interfaces in Next.js with Tailwind. You will participate in architectural decisions around AI agent execution flows, user state tracking, and proof-of-work validation. You will work on performance optimization, security, and scaling of AI-driven workflows. You will also help us structure clean APIs between Space modules and future extensions such as marketplaces and enterprise dashboards. We expect solid experience with Python and FastAPI in production environments, good understanding of relational databases and SQL, practical experience with React or Next.js, and confidence working with REST APIs. Experience with OpenAI APIs or other LLM integrations is required. Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph is a strong advantage. You should understand async programming, background tasks, and performance trade-offs. We value engineers who can reason about product logic, not only code. You will fit if you think in systems, prefer shipping working iterations over endless abstraction, and are comfortable working in a small, high-ownership team. We move fast, test hypotheses with real users, and expect developers to participate in product thinking. This role has growth potential into a Lead Engineer position as the platform scales. Agartu Space is building infrastructure for AI-native education and consulting in Kazakhstan and beyond. We are already working with universities and corporate clients. This is an opportunity to build a platform at an early stage and shape its technical foundation.
