DUTIESGreeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and mail
Receiving and processing requests/applications
Purchasing and restocking office supplies, water, snacks, coffee, and tea
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the office kitchen area
Cleaning and refilling the coffee machine
Ensuring a comfortable and well-maintained office environment
