| REQUIREMENTS | The Skills & Experience We Look For You will be a highly organized, tech-savvy and customer-driven program manager who has can deliver on promises (and hit KPIs) for training programs and find the stories behind the data to create trusted long-term client partnerships. Ideal Background Experience working in K-12 education, particularly in the public sector, is a strong plus. Exceptional communication skills. Proficient in Russian and English Knowledge of Kazakh or Uzbek is a bonus Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence. Strong project management A Bachelor or master’s degree in education, public policy / management, international relations, economics, or a similar field is preferred. Confident with technology platforms e.g. Salesforce |
| DUTIES | Set up and implement learning programs that involve thousands of learners, building and maintaining client loyalty, satisfaction and success. Work closely with current or potential clients to define clear KPIs, success criteria, and deliverables, identifying actions for continuous improvement in their learning outcomes. Provide technical guidance and training workshops to teachers. Report to clients on the success of learning programs in order to drive results, achieve renewals and assist in growing the accounts, regularly monitoring learning KPIs and account plans to ensure timely renewals. Foresee and react to problems rapidly with creative solutions. Contribute to best practices for all other team members to ensure successful design and delivery of language training. Provide project management skills and advice to Sales teams during tenders and negotiations. Be available to travel about 30-50% of the time to visit clients in location. As a new role, responsibilities will evolve over time as the business grows. |
