| REQUIREMENTS | - Understanding of international and general practices in arrangement of securitization and project finance transactions; - Knowledge of applicable project finance, securitization, securities market and professional participants activities laws; - Understanding the specifics of the professional participants activities in the securities market and the functions of the company in this role; - Knowledge of listing procedures, requirements of KASE/AIX or other exchanges (set of documents, deadlines, key criteria for admission and maintenance of listing); - Understanding of the requirements of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market and the AIFC authorities for registration/admission of securities, basic knowledge of regulatory procedures (or other jurisdictions). - Office in a premium location ("Ken Dala ") - Corporate mobile plan and gym membership - Friendly and supportive team culture |
| DUTIES | - Development of transaction structure (term sheet: instrument type, tranches, collateral, triggers, covenants, rating, listing, repo access); - Structuring transactions taking into account the requirements of regulators (the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market, AIFC), listing rules, rating procedures and the goals of the transaction participants; - Preparation of key provisions and drafting the key transaction documents (prospectus, agreements, internal regulations), arrangement of document expert review; - Managing the transaction process: planning stages, coordinating the responsibilities of the parties, monitoring deadlines and the completeness of documents; - Basic financial modeling of securitization transactions taking into account the specifics of the issue structure and the objectives of the transactions. |
