| REQUIREMENTS | About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and analytical Trade Marketing Intern to join our team in Almaty. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both Revenue Management and Category Management, contributing to key commercial processes and market insights. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to pricing strategies, in-store execution, and market data analysis. Main Responsibilities: Revenue Management Support analysis of trade investments (Gross-to-Net), including trade spend structure and client P&L Assist in post-evaluation analysis and preparation of key insights Contribute to price architecture development, including: SKU price positioning vs competitors (PIX) Price pack analysis and 3NP group approach Price increase processes and pricing procedures Category Management Support implementation and monitoring of MyPS (Perfect Store) standards both nationally and per client Analyze market and retail data vs competitors using external sources (e.g. Nielsen, Vertical, Gamma, RS) Assist in the launch of innovations, including: Setting KPIs by channel and client Volume estimation and performance tracking About You: Students of last year or recent graduates in Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Management Strong interest in data analysis and commercial processes Good analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent English (Intermediate / B1 or higher) Attention to detail and structured thinking Proactivity and willingness to learn Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work with data and derive insights |
