About the role: The P2P Accountant (Junior) is responsible for accurate and timely execution of Purchase to Pay activities for the Kazakhstan market, ensuring compliance with internal controls and supporting smooth invoice-to-pay processes. Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Experience in P2P / Accounts Payable or finance operations. Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) Exposure to month-end processes and vendor reconciliations. Analytical skills and attention to detail. English (working), Russian required, Kazakh is an advantage. |
| DUTIES | Execute end-to-end P2P processes, including invoice processing, payments and vendor accounts. Monitor invoice backlogs and resolve issues within agreed timelines. Support vendor reconciliations and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Assist with month-end activities, including accruals and GR/IR. Ensure transactions are recorded correctly in SAP and follow policies. Act as a contact for P2P-related queries. Support process improvements and documentation. Assist with reporting and audit activities. |
