REQUIREMENTSWe are looking for a hands-on project administrator to support the KAEF grant programme and help organise KAEF
Business Club meetings. This role is suited to someone who enjoys coordination, follows through on commitments,
and wants to contribute to the launch of a new product and the development of a modern grant platform.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience in event administration or coordination, such as business events, training programmes, conferences,
forums, workshops, or similar projects.
Strong organisational skills and confidence working with multiple participants, deadlines, and parallel tasks.
A high level of personal responsibility, attention to detail, and readiness to execute tasks independently.
Professional communication skills and the ability to work respectfully with senior stakeholders and public-facing
participants.
Working proficiency in English and Russian. Kazakh is an advantage.
Confidence using digital tools for communication, scheduling, document management, and task tracking.

applicants.
A hybrid work format with a formal employment contract.
Monthly salary starting from KZT 200,000, depending on experience and the final scope of responsibilities.
Opportunity to grow into a broader project management or product operations role as the programme develops.
HOW TO APPLY

DUTIESOrganise KAEF Business Club meetings, including schedules, venues, invitations, participant communication,
materials, and on-site coordination.
Provide administrative support for the KAEF grant programme for university applicants, including communication,
document tracking, deadlines, and coordination between participants and stakeholders.
Maintain project records, task lists, calendars, contact databases, and status updates.
Coordinate with KAEF stakeholders, KIMEP representatives, applicants, benefactors, and high-profile KIMEP alumni.
Support the market launch of a new product and contribute practical feedback to the development of a new digital
grant platform.
Handle operational follow-up and ensure that agreed actions are completed on time.
